REUNION 2002

Eighty (80) people met together in Branson, Missouri 6th-9th October, 2002, representing the 3rd Battalion 71st Air Defense Artillery.  It was our first Reunion,

and it was a Hugh success as stated by all who attended.  It was such a success that it was voted to have a re-peat Reunion in 2004 at the same place and time.

The entertainment (shows) were of top caliber, and the meals were great.  As veterans we were treated as honored heroes by all.  The Memorial Service was

held especially for us, It was a very moving experience as we remembered our deceased comrades.  Next door to our Hotel we attended Mickey Gilles' show

\and it was great, this ended the first day.  The second day started with the Mike Bradford show and we all were really a part of his show, Paul We

was a great cowboy, aboard the Branson Belle paddle wheeler (4 decks) we had an out standing show (dogs can talk) and a delicious meal  capping off

the second night.  The third day we saw the unbelievable "Shoji" show and then we had our Banquet.  Not a dull moment.  We all hated to depart Wednesday

morning (fourth day), but we departed knowing we would meet again in 2004.  I hope this site will capture the true essence of the Reunion, by posting

comments from those who attended and share pictures of the group that attended.  To those that attended, please share with others the special pictures that you

may have taken.  Please send the picture and comments to my email address: lajoywebb@cox.net.  Mail them if you do not have access to a PC
